5 Mukhi Rudraksha Kantha Mala is made of 54 beads Nepali Rudraksha beads with bead size 15 mm. There is also a Sumerini bead attached at the end of the mala as the main bead. It is the 55th bead. It is used in bringing together both the loose ends of the mala. This is the job of Sumerini. It brings together all the loose ends in the mala and in the life of the wearer. It also is the spotting point for anything to start or anything to end at. It is also called the Guru bead or Adi (first).
