Yes, we provide original and lab certified Rudraksha beads only. We also provide with x-ray scan of the bead on demand for an added cost.

2) Do you have return policy?

Yes, we accept return only if the damage is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product or fraud is reported with proofs within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3) Can I customize the product?

Yes, you can select your option of silver capping or any other changes for added costs.

4) What is the difference between Indonesian and Nepali  beads?

Indonesian beads are lighter in weight and color than Nepali beads. They are also smaller and less expensive than Nepali beads.

5) Are Indonesian beads less effective than Nepali beads?

It is not proven anywhere for anything such, but in general it is believed that Nepali beads are a little more effective than Nepali beads.

6) How to wear Rudraksha?

We will send the wearing instructions on WhatsApp or with the bead according to the demand.

7) What if I am not satisfied with the product?

We will take a return of the product if it is proven faulty or damaged on delivery.
